Know who read the procedure change.

InfoIQ puts your announcement on the Salesforce screen your agents already work in, asks them to confirm they read it, and gives you the list: who confirmed, when, and who still has not. Without a single record leaving your org.

The problem

"Sent" is not proof that anyone read it

A refund rule changes, a script is updated, a new check becomes mandatory. The email goes out to three hundred agents who spend the day in the Service Console, not in their inbox. A week later the errors are still coming in, and when someone asks who knew, the only answer is a distribution list.

How it works

Publish it where they work. Get a confirmation back.

Put it in front of them

Build the announcement page by page, or import a PowerPoint slide by slide. Target an audience your administrators maintain from roles, profiles, groups and queues. It appears on the record pages and in the console your people already have open.

Ask them to confirm

Tick "Readers must confirm" and the announcement comes back until each reader confirms on its last page. Make it Critical and it cannot be put off. A reader with a doubt asks the author privately, from inside it.

See who did

The Readers tab lists everyone the announcement targets, where each one stands and when they confirmed. Remind the ones still owed it in one click, and export the list as a CSV when someone asks for it.

Who it is for

Teams where a missed update costs something

Contact centres

Agents live in the Service Console all shift. Reach them there, between two cases, and know before the next shift who has the new procedure and who does not.

Compliance & quality

In banking, insurance or energy, a procedure change has to reach the people applying it. Ask for a confirmation, keep a timestamped record per reader, and chase the rest before an audit does.

Sales & field teams

A new offer, a pricing rule, a process. See how far through it the team actually read, page by page, before you book the follow-up session.

Data residency

Your data never leaves Salesforce

InfoIQ is a managed package built entirely on the Salesforce Platform. There is no external server, no middleware, no vendor cloud holding a copy of your announcements or your readers. Announcements, confirmations and figures are Salesforce records in your own org, under your own backup and retention policy.

Names appear in one place only: the Readers tab of an announcement, open to whoever can edit it and to administrators. Your administrator decides how far it goes: every detail, names and status only, or totals alone. Employee monitoring is regulated across most of Europe, so tell your people what is recorded before you rely on it.
