Why we exist
Internal communication inside large organisations runs on tools that were designed for something else. An announcement goes out as an email nobody opens or a chat message that scrolls away in an hour, and the person who sent it has no way of knowing whether it worked. When the question comes back — did the field team see the policy change? — the honest answer is usually a shrug.
Salesforce is where a great many of those people already spend their day, and it already knows who they are, what team they are on and what they are entitled to see. InfoIQ was built on that: put the announcement where the audience already is, let the org's own data decide who it reaches, and keep an honest record of what happened.
How we build
InfoIQ is a 100% native Salesforce application. That decision came first and everything else followed from it: no external infrastructure to secure, no data transfer to justify, no second system to keep in sync with your permission model. It is a narrower product than it could have been, and a considerably more trustworthy one.
We keep the surface small on purpose. Every feature that reaches the package has to survive the question of whether it can be built without ever handling your data outside your own org. Most of the ideas that do not survive that question were not very good ideas.
What you can expect from us
- A published response target for support, and a real person behind it.
- Notice before a change that affects you, not an announcement after it.
- Straight answers about what the product does not do — there is a list, and we will send it.
- No resale of your data, because we never hold it.
