9Questions

Unless Allow questions is off, a reader can ask the author a question from inside the announcement, while it is published.

1. The question (up to 1,000 characters) appears on the InfoIQ home page and on the announcement's record, for everyone who can edit the announcement.
2. The author answers. The reader gets a Salesforce notification and finds the answer in My Questions.
3. Ticking Visible on announcement shows the exchange to every reader, without the asker's name.

An answer is final: once sent, neither it nor the question can change. Skip removes a question from the queue without answering or notifying anyone.
